Enveloping Darkness

I am lost in the darkness,
Stuck in confusion,
Lost in a land,
Full of Illusion,

I feel like I'm blind,
I see nothing but black,
There is no one around,
To be at my back.

The darkness around,
Has a vampiric embrace,
It's cold to the touch,
It's numbing my face.

My soul now feels nothing,
Like I have been hexed,
This loneliness I feel,
Leaves me quite vexed.

This darkness I'm in,
Is taking it's toll,
Can anyone save me,
Before I loose my soul?
