A Mans Demons

The stuff you do,
the words you say.
Things like that,
don't go away.

You left me again,
for someone new.
Even though I
always loved you.

So why this sudden change of heart?
Why'd you tear my love apart?

I never should have trusted you,
but i took that risk even thought i knew.

For you were the boy who broke those girls.
You were the hammer that smashed the pearls.

So next time your single,
and hungry again.
Know that we'll be here,
until the end.

And then you will find,
no escape no relief.
because you are to blame,
for our pain and our grief.
