Pretend

Put on a fake smile,
And brush away the tears.
Say that you fine,
And hope someone relises your lying.

Talk to people as if your happy,
Laugh with your friends as if their funny.
Pay attention to theeir small problems,
And act as if everything is alright.

Stand up to the bullies like you have the strength,
Try, and pretend to ignore what they say.
Tell your parents school was great,
Even though it was the complete oppisit.

Let your friends lean on you,
Even if you have no one to lean on.
When someone asks you what wrong,
Turn around and say nothing.

Swallow back the tears,
Smile at the little things.
Fake a laugh,
Hold it all back
