I'm 19. I write to get out sadness. I'm not professional and I don't really have dead set intentions on being a professional poet especially since I work better when I feel that I don't have to write. Just let the words come to me. I'm usually either free verse or some easy kind of rhyming structure like ABAB CDCD etc or ABBA CDDC etc or AABB CCDD. My friends often say my stuff is so sad but it's because I draw from feelings of heartache and break that I have experienced. |
