In the comfort of my hammock,
I bathe in the moonlight...

The sky has gone pale
Looking like a sad tale...

I wake up one night, shivering and feeling cold.
I feel around for my blanket and hug my pillow...

Once again i meet twilight
unable to close my eyes...

My heart is brimming with emotions
My mind is making no sense...

As the hands of time start moving,
The legs of life start walking...

Rummaging through forgotten boxes,
Up in the dreary attic...

Life is to short to be taken for granted
Yet, it's too long for the unloved and unwanted...

Red is a color of strength,
It represents the blood that a warrior sheds...

A simple word,
an act of kindness...

What turns a man on?
I'd say...

Right now i am caught betwixt,
In a plight i find hard to deem...
