In this life you will not find many people who have no bad memories. The true test of life is to rise above your misery, regardless of how deep that misery is. When I feel bad I always think of people like Nelson Mandela..he was locked up for so many years and many, many people would have had a broken spirit, broken will due to such a treatment..but not him. Your mind is your own and you do have a choice to let go, you know!
