    WELL DAMN

I know this piece has been here for a while but I found it today for the first time. I read every line of it with curiosity as to what your creativity had left for me to read in the next. I really like the way the the reflects so much without necessarily giving the piece away. I also really enjoyed the style - it enhanced the tone. Every word was exact and had just enough strength to suit the others around it without seeming dull or uninteresting.

"And if you asked one to describe
me he'd say I was the scent
of aging metal on his ring finger
and the numerals on his bones"

^this stanza is my favorite. It is so creative and it just leaves the reader going "wow" the imagery and the comparisons are well thought of and phenomenally penned.

This is excellent and I agree with Maddy: nothing is wasted here - each word and stanza is full and meaningful. There is no 'filler'. A skilled piece of writing all the very best
