Is how I could critique this piece, a quick few tips if you want to progress -

Knew new, you used them way too much, you can rewrite most things and still get the same message across, you don't need faces e.g :(

Your writing is powerful enough, I'm not gonna go into anything else because I don't know your true nature to writing,

If your writing to get your feelings out, this is really good and honest poem very emotional
