Oh my goodness I love this. Nominated uttam.
    This was so different.
I first thought you were taking about someone passing away on 31 Dec and that won't be able to see 2015 but then I realized you are taking about the year 2014 which is passing away.
    Wonderful.
This poem was really good. I'm putting it in my favorite too ^_^

What a heart felt way to bid the year 2014 goodbye! You have turned the year into a living being who has provided each one of us with lessons, memories and moments-some good and some bad. Nicely penned.

    Congrats on the win!

I like your start and despite the random length of this verse , it still can read fluently making the reader more excited to see how it ends.

Some unnecessary words could be omitted without losing any thing, check this:
~Your body is frail and sketched with wrinkles,
    and you are suffocatingly
--------> Your body is frail, sketched with wrinkles,
    you are suffocatingly
    counting your last breaths today,

You used interesting vocabularies which was very refreshing and enriched the piece so much.
I like the closure as well, very well description for 2014.

    Happy new year and congrats.
    Write on~

The creativity of this piece caught my attention after I read it the first time. The way it leads you into a false start of thinking the poem is about a person, but the twist comes when you realise it is about the last year passing by. I thought the poem was well constructed. A dedication to saying goodbye to 2014!
