Beautiful poem! Well written and full of emotion! Don't berate yourself for opportunities lost but instead revel in what you had! You had a lot of previous history to deal with and you weren't to know that things would be suddenly cut short! You wasted nothing! Having said that, I know this is how you get your feelings out so that you can manage! It is how you produce beautiful, poignant poetry!
