A very sad, deep write. For me it spoke of depression and all the fall out from having to deal with it. I loved the way you spoke the lines of you in the black and you in the red, the repeating of those really were solid. Well done-

A very powerful piece. Depression can feel like its dragging us back and making us something we are not.

I like the contrast between red and black as black represents death and red is seen as attractive.
