Stay Away From My Heart

My heart is in tears,
Crying out to the sky.
Wishing for nothing,
But the will to die.

Ironic, isn't it?
My heart wishes not to live.
It wishes to stop beating,
And for pain never to give.

It wishes for peace,
Eternal rest at that.
Like a vampire at least,
But not the vampire bat.

It is not worthy to soar,
To fly above the clouds.
To soar over each lover,
And suffocate in the undying crowds.

My heart is like a razor,
Covered in blood and flesh.
Each slice and each vein,
Are far from at least perfect.

My heart beats the sad song,
Of Sirens, wishing for love.
Tricking each and every man,
Into a rocky, saltwater grove.

Though it may wish for love,
It still wishes to die.
For all these tears and blood,
Are far more then anyone could cry.

Every time my heart beats,
It speaks to me.
It's poetic with it's words,
And quite often throws in a simile.

Yet these poems are far from,
Happiness and all that's pure.
For when you come in my hearts direction,
You'll wonder who you're dying for.
