Spring Of Hardship!

by Bonaventure Onuabuchi   Mar 23, 2014

There are adversities galore,
their resenting effects lour,
like the sky in our face.

Like trees planted in a loam,
water by unseen forces;
'the fetish-ed cradle'
They glow in fine fettle.
Branches all over the field,
procreating chronic offrings.
