I need a win and nothing big just something to tell me that life is more than a series of falls leading to your inevitable demise.
Nothing fancy. Nothing too wise.
I need a moment however short where I feel like more than a wart , in the way and of minor significance causing discomfort to those I touch.
I'm asking for a bit. I'm not asking for too much.
I need to make a choice that doesn't get picked apart by everyone that holds my heart, one where I can be proud at how it turned out and yell to the world "HEY LOOK HOW I TURNED OUT!"
I need new perspective where I am the hero no one there to pick me up because in life no one ever really does.
