Grandpa

I looked up to you the best grandpa in the world you
You was my fishing pal you taught me everything I know
you used to ask me if I was still grandpa girl an I always will be
I never though I would say goodbye like this
But haven got a new angel yesterday
I know you your sitting on a cloud talking to God for hours making new friend an seeing old faces
Even know your body here your heart an soul will be with us forever
You touched so many people with your wisdom an your kind heart an friendship to everyone you knew no stranger
right now it hurt to say goodbye but we know your flying high
Cause your not suffering anymore your at peace now
Even know we say goodbye in this life
we will say hello again in the next
so watch over us sweet angel until we meet again
I love you an miss you already even know your gone you will never been forgotton

I write this poem for my grandpa that passed away a few weeks ago I'm still trying to figure out how I'm suppose to go on in a world that he's not in anymore its still hard to breath without him We was very close an I miss him everyday make sure you tell the specail people in your life you love them because you know now how much time you really have with them,

A firm lump has been lodged in my throat after reading this heartfelt and moving write. Kids are often close to their grandparents, but sometimes that special bond istransferred to young adulthood, and when we lose them, it can be the first genuine tragedy in our lives.
I'm sure he is looking down from that cloud, immensely proud of you for penning him this.
    All the very best

Since it's obviously an emotional piece I won't get into what I normally would do like go over grammar mistakes and so forth what I will say is this:loving someone even if they are dead hurt and that's the circle of life... but you will find your way hun that I know
