Clashing Hearts

by Baby Rainbow   Oct 6, 2014

Clashing hearts
caught in a trap,
unable to run away
from the deepness
of deception.

A silent witness cries,
trying to untangle the mysteries
behind the hollow pretence
of their love.

Clashing hearts
fill young eyes with sorrow,
for this dark and dangerous house
no longer feels like home.

And the silent witness fades
beneath the shadows of a prisoner,
inside a grey and lonely tomb
within a house of clashing hearts.
