Between Dusk And Dawn

by Baby Rainbow   Nov 1, 2014

False destiny
visits my sleep,
making me lovesick
as I feel his arms
cuddling around me
through the darkest
of nightmares.

A deep valley of grief
awakens me,
uncertain whether to
smile or cry when I hear
his whispers of love
departing before
sunrise.

False destiny
is strumming my
broken heart strings,
between fantasy and reality,
each time I awaken
between sundown
and sunrise.

Wow! This is a superb piece of work! Much better in type than in draft form! Great, but sad, imagery!

    Love it!
