I am my Thoughts

I let the monsters control me,
Depression,
Anger,
Desperation,

I wanted you to find me,
Underneath,
Hidden,
Alone,

I lie beneath the monsters,
Away,
Trapped,
Suffocated,

I tried to escape once,
Digging,
Begging,
Praying,

I don't see the monsters anymore,
Because I became one.
