Fault

by Saerelune   Jan 12, 2015

You were lonely, staring at the walls
or the telephone screen, drinking
too much, but never enough
to forget me and my longing.

It was my fault.

You fell in love, staring at the walls
or the telephone screen, drinking in
too many of my words, but never enough
to realise my manipulation.

It was my fault.
My fault.

I disorganised the logistics
within your mind, I caused war,
I gave you burden, I gave you
a mess to clean up.

It was my fault.
My fault.
My fault.
My fault.
