Scattered dreams

by jesus christ   Jan 18, 2015

Games of love oh how they incise the mind
leaving behind the dream forever mine
past of predictions causing continuous afflictions
no where no how to eliminate the cause
a mind shadows the vision of edens true story
the truth of the matter is that of the divine
a spirit laced with his own journey in mind
forgetting the beauty of gods glorious gifts
boyish temptation learned from moods set adrift
why shall i be the present for only him to see
hidden beyond faces throughout places
no matter where i go he wont leave me alone
this way and that way running to beyond
be it not my fault his choices created his wrong
no fool for me but a foolish you
i only cradle my heart right from the start
look my son now mothers love sailing apart
the games you played now play you alone
nature in their anger would pass you not even a bone
dig my death id rather grow my heart stone
from your stain of blood on my bed dreams grow cold
