I wish I could take your pain away
losing is never fun
I wish i could see you smile today
then maybe wed see the sun
the sun that burns so bright in you

I know you feel all that weight
pushing down your heart
but we've learned we cant fight fate
everyone will soon depart
the sadness that seeps so deep in you

death is not the end
its an afterlife party
and hes up there kicking it with old friends
not your visions darkly

I love you and I miss you

    This was a very nice tribute to a fallen love. Shows how pure and true that this love was, and how it will always be, besides the emotions sucker-punching you with the raw emotions screaming of mourning. The imagery was very nicely done, emphasizing the emotions but mostly empowering the visuals so that both could make your eyes and mind cry. Very beautiful.

    Heartfelt, I know that this poem wasn't really made for you specifically but that's how I would write my feelings out. This pain inside my heart would feel for had it been about you but I know it's not about I will say this: it's relatable to those that have loved and lost the person that hey have loved the most. Really touching.

    I feel that this is so personal comments might be over the line no matter what they say, but I also feel that it should be clearly stated that this is stunningly painful to read and is extremely well penned. It's not only creatively dark, but each word enhances the power of the next, so phenomenal word choice.
