She walks with her Dark Wings

by Burningdaisy13   Apr 24, 2015

Lonely,
Longing,
This girl entirely feels.
She walks step by step,
Cold and missing.
Missing the memories she's had.
Missing the times she's had with her new love and old friend.
She walks like she's waiting,
waiting for that chance again.
She walks like she's cold,
cold in the her heart; trying her best to lock those emotions away.
They are eating away at her,
Eating her mind,
Her emotions,
Her heart,
Herself.
She walks like she's seen it all,
all the happiness,
all the suffering,
all the couples holding hands,
all the friends laughing,
and she just can't seem to truly smile.
She walks like she's been through too much.
She walks while every inch of her is breaking down.
She walks while her eyes gaze upon another's eyes, and burn from the intense dizziness and beginning of tears.
She walks with fear,
She walks with misery,
She walks with emptiness,
She walks with the words: I miss you, in her head.
That repeat over and over.
The thoughts get stronger.
The tears come faster.
She walks with her head down low,
with scars hidden within her sweaters.
She walks, with a revolver, and tightens her grip.
One bullet, to cure everything.
She screams: I'M SO SORRY!
A ringing noise goes off....
She walks with her dark wings on her back.
She walks, with only her memories and disappears.
