Last Romance

by PorcelainMoon   Jul 21, 2015

Raped in fanatic desperation
Shallow descent into the lonely cold

Anxiety conjures a visceral regret
As words whisper in monotone inspiration

Exiled from an unworthy womb
With Innocence devoured by an all consuming shadow

A hollow belonging
My last romance with the stars

A prison of mirrors reflects a withering existence
Anxiety extinguishes a fire and all the pleasure dies

Centurys buried with a liars conscience
Born under a malnourished sky

Swollen hands paint an obscure portrait
So far long begone
