I wish I had kept my secrets to myself,
and never let you know the reasons
for the tears inside my eyes.

I wish I never let you in so deep,
because I never meant for that
to make you walk away.

You used to say you love me,
and I said I love you too -
bigger than the earth!

And I wish we could get that back,
but you justified my doubts
when you turned your back on me,

and now,
it's over instead.
