Map Lines

by Maple Tree   Mar 19, 2016

These veins are neon
painkillers, laced
within midnight,
moon demons.

I've got memoirs
of insanity within
every inch of my soul-

I bleed after two am-

You will never see
what my eyes have
wept- I won't expose
details....

just read the map lines
across my scar.

Good Lord, dear woman, what on earth are you trying to do to me? This is wonderful......if a little disheartening!
The first stanza is truly excellent in its visuals and the third stanza is truly excellent in its misery! Andrea, you a master of free verse.

All the very best and take care,
    Ben
