Sweet Delirium

Sweet Delirium

Neither dressed in rainy night,
making the metaphors,
"cliche-ridden"

Nor as the similes used to observe,
"Corona"
eclipses my surroundings.

Diction personifying thoughts,
metonymy confusingly framed,
and a pen trembles...

Abstruse composing poetry,
for a notion lain "beyond poetry" .

    Hello Samia

Nothing unoriginal or clichéd about this piece. Very, very clever write.

    All the best,
    Ben
