Nobody Sees

by Baby Rainbow   Jun 11, 2016

Nobody sees
the inside report
of her hopeless life.

An ugly heart
as cold as concrete
on a snowy winter's day.

Lying in the dark
smothered by the silence
screaming in her head;
a forgotten truth
which can't be exposed.

Based on her wounds,
she holds enough pain
to flood the world's oceans,
and her scars are definitely
hiding something.

But a world of fake people
don't see the violence to her body
as she remains silently muted
inside those nightmares
of a life of fears.
