Intangible

by Mahal Ko Kuya Ko   Aug 13, 2016

Reveries are too sad to hide beneath your skies,
melancholies are too fragile to hear your cries,
amidst ephemeral hopes and wisteria vines,
here I am again reaping sorrowed storylines.

Alleyways, how lonely they are,
ethereal, you just seem so far.

Hello Kabayan (mahal ko kuya ko),

It's very challenging to put everything, all the feelings you want to say in a short yet profound composition.. you are really a genius.

Mahal, as Hellon and Sir L have stated this piece is unique compared to what you're used to writing and as a reader of your work it's very intriguing as to why this is such a sombre piece.

    All the best, Em

A lovely flow to this poem that really does pull at the heart strings.
As Hellon alludes to, this is a different write compared to what I have read of your work previously, but it is excellent nonetheless.
