Sorrow He Knows

by Quantas   Aug 31, 2016

As the moon grows in the sky
Sitting alone thinking "oh my"
To the love one has lost
And the heart that was forgotten
The kiss of life
Was never given that night

Remembering the pain
Being a crying man
As thy parents were lost
Mother and Father off the clock
All alone in the abandoned place
Never escaping the sorrow one embrace

To laugh would be a lie
To cry would be suicide
As people think
It's just for attention
but I think
It's a choice of depression

Can't fight the pain away
As I can only embrace
Embrace the sorrow that grows
Cause maybe.....

It's the only thing
A sad man would know
