Dancer Encircling the Edge

by Larry Chamberlin   Jan 13, 2017

the piano plies chords plaintively;
she spells out past lives, past loves,
not sure which happened when
but here she sways dreamily above
traces of soft footsteps in the night.

    Well done, Em
