Screaming in Your Head

Has anyone actually screamed on the inside?
You hear about people saying so
But has it really happened to them?

I've felt that feeling
I sometimes find myself in the most random places
Hearing myself scream in my head

So many say it doesn't help
But, when you have nothing else
It's a wonderful feeling

It lets you get out so much
Whatever may be bothering you
It seems to disappear in time

So, when you can't actually scream
Wherever you may be
Try it in your head
The feeling is unreal
