Art on Your Wrists

by Tinkerbell   Jan 8, 2008

Carve out art on the wrists
In lonely shades of red
Use a tool too sharp
Make sure the blood flows out

Crosses fade into pale skin
As carved creations disappear
A razor kissed smooth canvas
Leaves faded scars for life

Twisted and turned deeper inside
Some too deep to heal
Now they will always remind
Of the times too dark
