Did you guess that this is about Mad Cow Disease?

I was vegetarian for 10 - 13 years as I was married to a Vegan! My Diet has become a little more tastier and lazier as I have gone back to beef (meat) after my divorce. Not healthier just Freer and happier! But not guilt free! LOL

Love this! To be honest, I had no idea that was about mad cow disease, until you me, but it totally makes sense now. Again, I like that the images aren't completely described, so the reader can fill the blanks, makes a good discussion for interpretation. I also like that you didn't shy away from imagery that's not pleasing to the senses. I love the wordplay and the bits of humor; it gives the poem a sadistic tone, even though the subject matter is serious, but I guess that' s appropriate, sense it's about mad cow disease. I never thought a poem about an illness could be so whimsical, but you made it work. Nominated, again ;) Great work, Andrew; keep it up!
