by Lover Boii
Hushed the tone of voices,
As the little children creep;
Early Christmas morning
Awake without a peep.
Presents are surrounded
All around the tree;
Smiles are surrounded
On the children full of glee.
Waiting is impossible--
Temptations are too strong,
But op'ning gifts too early:
The children know thats wrong.
So in their beds they wait,
Eyes closed but wide awake;
The morning slow approaches:
Their sanity at stake.
Hushed the tone of voices,
As the little children sleep;
Early Christmas morning
Awake without a peep.
