Will you say how hard it is
just to let me go

Will you have some trouble
Loosing my left hand
Will you glow with pride for me
When you see the wedding band

Will you take dance classes
Not only by chance
Will you do that just for me
For my father daughter dance

Will you speak of times we shared
And of how much I've grown
Will you help relive the memories
Show me I'll never be alone

Will you still encourage me
Like you always do
Will you always pick me up

Will you tell me that I'm pretty
