Dear Father

Father,
Your strong and brave
and your courage out weighs.
You love and learn
and you show us the way.

Father,
You carry our burdens upon your shoulder
and though it feels like boulders
God sets you upon a rock
so you may rest
and tell us of a test.

Father,
You take us through life
and shield us with strife,
you show us life
and teach us wrong from right.

Father,
You are provided with tools
so you may lead like light
and we can lean on you
when might is in our cries.

Father,
You mean more than words can say
and your love is more than your heart can hold
and at the end of the day
you grow wiser than storms.

Dear father,
We appreciate all you've done
and we must say happy father's day.
