how it works is like a mad lib... it asks for nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc... and then plugs them into a poem. I never got one that sounded logical let alone good enough to post here.... But I don't think they should be allowed... and definitely without disclosing that's what it is and who the original poem was by.

(When I did one, it said: "By Ann & e.e.cummings)

the goth one mentioned above, does actually generate a poem that is not merely based on a famous poem...

That's ridiculous. Poems should be about feeling, and whatever else. Not a product of some form of mad-lib! They shouldn't be allowed, but there'd be no way to tell...

i agree with you Lipton......that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard.

I second Bob.... no computer program can even come close to that. People need lives.... or at least need to write more
