14 years agoI sat and talked with my tutorial professor last night for a couple of hours. I had originally made an appointment with him to talk about our essay; which we spent half an hour discussing, but as usual we ended up getting into deep conversation and off topic, which I don't mind one bit. He was sick and said that it made his day.
My parents, aunt and uncle were in Punta Cana for the past 3 weeks, on the other side of the same island as Haiti. But they say they never felt a thing and didn't find out till several days after the incident. The tour guides were collecting donations so my parents made a donation.
