    Ironically,it's 3am where I live right now! Ahh, well, that's what happens when you have so much on your mind. Try using a diary next time you get the feeling, or read a book or something to get your mind off things

    Wow :-) I can't use a diary but I did buy some books for myself to read thank you.. I do have a lot on my mind

    Mm well I can't help you the night you *are* up late, but I recommend waking yourself up early tomorrow instead of sleeping in. That way your sleep habits can be prevented from getting way out of whack before it's too late!

    Ha, I should take my own advice...

    Reading doesn't help me.... I LOVE to read so much so after I start to read I get into to the book and don't want to set it down, lol.

    Try listening to music (:
    I do that a lot (:
    I just plug my Ipod into my Ipod dock at turn the volume down really low and close my eyes... (:
    I leave it on all night. It really helps (me at least).

    Samee here i love to read all the time and i can never put the books down when i start reading soo ill be up even later
