Is it possible or was I dreaming?

It surprised me when I heard this... I want to believe it as a joke...though, the woman sounds so serious, and I don't know whether to take it serious and worry, or to take it as a joke.

This woman calls in a radio station, to blame the deer crossing signs for the accidents that happens at the roads. She believes the sings are responsible for that... and that they should be moved... take a look at the news.
