Could someone help me identify what type of poem this would be c

I need assistance in identifying the type of poem it is eg. Haiku, limerick, free verse, blank verse, etc.

He feels, he listens,
He jumps, he speaks,
He takes another tab.
He laughs, he loves,
He smiles, he screams,
He downs another cap.

He likes the feeling,
He appretiates the touch.
He loves the noises,
Has he taken too much?
He doesn't care,
He just wants the high.
He doesn't know,
That he's going to die.

He enjoys, he tastes,
He lives, he cares,
He takes another tab.
He floats, he falls,
He savors, he stares,
He downs another cap.

He moves too fast,
He keeps going no stop.
He runs into walls,
Has he now hit the top?
He doesn't feel it,
His body's too numb.
He doesn't know,
What he has become.

He calms, he stills,
He tears, he cries,
His heart beats too fast.
He freaks, he frets,
He drops, he dies,
The drugs didn't last.

I would say free verse with repetition of the subject "he" and then a list of verbs to tell his story.
