Sorry but I don't think you can delete sent messages. Not sure but I presume that you can't delete it as it already exists in somebody else's inbox and its probably up to them to keep or delete it? You could try the the 'mass delete' tool but it only clears your inbox I think -

9 years ago, updated 5 years agoSo if they delete the message it gets deleted in my inbox too???????? or even if they delete their set it will still remain in my account

9 years ago, updated 5 years agoSent messages can't be deleted, only the ones in your inbox can (excluding Mod mass PMs)
If they delete their inbox it will still remain.
