Does anyone have any home remedies or tips on how to ease the pain of arthritis? I have it in my right hand...I would like some ideas on how to ease the pain.....or on how to manage it...

I don't know if it works but my Nan used to swear by wearing a magnetic bracelet. Another friend wears cotton gloves with the finger tips cot off to keep her joints warm.

Did you try the Ostrich Oil? it's magic for rellieving pain of the arthritis, at least the moderate pain.
