New moderator

Please welcome our newest addition to the mod squad: Rania, also known as Ms Sunshine, also known as Nana.

The mods (including the recently retired Mark) came to an easy consensus on choosing Rania to join us.

Rania has been a loyal member of PnQ for over a decade and has helped us in countless ways over the years, from volunteering as a judge repeatedly (her # of judge terms are second only to Andrea) or at one period of time, hosting the weekly contest for us. She’s written over 300 poems and left more than 1,300 comments on others' poetry. She is fluent in Arabic, as well as English. She’s level-headed, fair, and kind. Her location in Lebanon (time zone: ESST) means the sun will never truly set in PnQ’s empire with her on the team.

Really, I could go on, but all of the above is just to say we’re insanely lucky to have Rania come on board.

I appreciate your trust and surely looking forward to do my best.

I've always had a special place in my heart for this community, it's personal for me, it's been a long while here. It's more than an online website, and I am sure many of you share this vision with me.

I will help in all ways possible at my end.

I know for fact being a Mod does not give you any super privilege over any member, except for extra organizational options that help run this site smoothly in the background and I will make sure to do the best I can in this regard.
