Another way to Avoid Losing your Text and Save Your Sanity

There have been a number of postings from some very aggravated people who lost the text that had taken a long time to compose. When they tried to submit it they were then prompted to log in again and after doing so they can't retrieve their text. You probably already know it is best to at least save your work to the windows clipboard before submitting it. Or better still, compose it in a word processor where you can save it and spell check it before submitting it here.

But there is another solution that will also help protect you from losing your work. Download the Firefox browser and use it to access this site instead of Internet Explorer (IE). With Firefox you can re-log-in if required and then you CAN return to the page containing your composed text without losing it, even if you neglected to save it. You may get a message on the screen asking if you want to re-post data. Click on YES and your text will re-appear.

If you download and install Firefox on your computer you can still continue to also use IE. I found that some sites work better with IE and others seem to work better with Firefox.
