When we modify
our lives even a little
it'll rejuvenate

So very well said. I have done it so many times to the point it did not make any sense anymore. Time does not heal wounds but the pain becomes more manageable. I have learned and it was not easy to look back and smile. That little girl is gone but I am still here and I will keep smiling. These few lines of your are so powerful and I could go on but we will not let our past defeat us. Hugs to you

The trouble with modifying our lives, it can deprive our inner child. Be careful not to deny what makes us smile and laugh. Laughter that comes within is the biggest healer - and guess what - its free! :O)
