A dark but captivating piece that had me gripped from start to finish. Loved it. Milly x

Thanks Milly, and again for the nomination. Most tend to steer away from my darker stuff

Careful, Tony, for I believe you may be in danger of developing that OCT disease we have previously discussed, lol.

Take care and well done on this,

    Ben

What can I say? That eight count just sounds so pleasing to my ear! I intentionally broke the count with "first the human mind must break"

This was inspired by Ithica's "Forget About the Lore"

I thought I recognised some of the language. Well done, Tony.

She wrote "Forget about the lore" which got my brain spiraling down a dark hole with forgotten lore.

I am so freaking.. I don't even know the word.. Thrilled? Pleased? Breathless? That THIS was written after my poem inspired you! Oh my goodness. The poem in general is so beautiful, dark.. reminding me of some of the most beautiful things in the world being part of the darker outskirts of the universe. My goodness, I am blown away completely!! I have been away from my computer for about a week but THIS was so amazing to read!!

I'm a sucker for fantasy and sci-fi, and the forgotten lore spin of what you wrote sucked me in lol. Seriously though, pick up a pen and get back to writing!
