Weirdly something I can relate to because in my teens I rented a room in a house owned by an elderly Chinese lady. She didn't own a lawn mower and actually expected me to cut the grass with scissors lol. Much love Milly x

    Nice one, Ben
    You inspired this:

Large enough, Michael. The truth is, I didn't get all that far - I spent half an hour or so thinking it was therapeutic and then realised it was just bloody mad!

Ben, nicely done. I actually had a neighbor that used to do that...she'd be out there for hours! She was also someone you didn't make eye contact with, she would come unhinged...

This to me screams an important message about mental illness. But there is a lot that i like about this poem. The thing i like the most is the acknowledgment of this person about their own mental health. I always find the first step is the most difficult, so this is a good first step. I also like how there is a dark sense of humor to this as well.

I think if you can learn to laugh at yourself nothing can ever get you down, and i do feel this person has done that. As i said this sends an important message of mental health. Very well written
