He Who Betrays

His tongue's split open.
Blood drips down.
The crimson sweet.
Like a sin of habit.

His back's scabbed.
The cuts unsteady.
Temptation loomed.
Its allure great.
He fell so hard.
Deep into the trap.
Resistance way key.

Her skin was smooth.
Gleamed in the light.
She was forbidden.
The Devils trophy.
No one should touch.
Yet, he did.

He who betrays.
Gets the punishment.
Trust was demanded.
If not death chased.
Far into the night.

The Devil now plays.
Chasing his pray.

An eerie silence passes.
The prisoner shakes.
Black skies appear.
And then it's heard.
Death's haunting chuckle.

The prisoner falls down.
The ground frozen.
His skin will follow.
To be cold as ice.

He who betrays.
Is condemned to death.
