This is a good form. I can't recall it's criteria. Still, it's full of hopeful optimism, which is just what we need now.

I'm not familiar with the form, but I actually really enjoy the way this looks visually as well as the simple optimism, as Mr. Darcy commented.

I see how this poem is optimistic, but for some reason I felt sadness as well. Maybe I'm taking this way too deep, but just stating "I feel alive today", made me wonder what about yesterday and tomorrow? It's like a temporary feeling that some other day would seem a part of a dream.

Thank you all so much for your comments, I'm a big fan of formed poetry often finding the restrictions a source of inspiration rather than a creative hindrance :)

Not sure about this form of poetry, I can’t remember hearing of it at all so will go and do some research on it and perhaps even attempt some of my own!

As for the poem, I feel like this would be a fantastic quote to be typed onto a product that can be in someone’s room. Like a plaque or a cushion or something to wake up to and read that’s every morning as some sort of affirmation for the day ahead.
